Overview

The Registered Financial Planner (RFP®) program is designed to help you deliver the most effective personal financial strategies to build your skills and expand your knowledge in financial planning. The program focuses on core investment knowledge, building on the practical knowledge. You will apply financial planning concepts to determine the proper strategy for clients based on the collection and analysis of client information, through to advising clients on financial impacts of material changes in their life that could affect their financial plan. Upon successful completion, you will be able to implement best practices in budgeting, borrowing, constructing and analyzing personal financial statements.

What you'll learn

You'll learn how to:

> Explain the financial planning process to clients
> Develop a savings plan outlining net worth, cash flow, and saving strategies
> Identify clients financial goals and constraints to develop their financial plan
> Analyze legal considerations related to property ownership
> Assess benefits and drawbacks of, estates, trusts, small business and divorce
> Analyze the effects of asset allocation in establishing investment solutions for clients
> Estimate retirement income sources and needs, and develop a financial planning strategy to meet the clients objectives

What is the RFP® designation?

Registered Financial Planner (RFP®) is globally recognized financial planning credential awarded by the Registered Financial Planner Institute of the Philippines, the country's premiere professional body of financial planners. The RFP® designation ensures applicants possess the knowledge, skills and attributes to evaluate and manage various wealth forms to optimize their clients' financial situations.

This certification opens doors for professionals who will come up against personal advisory services' most challenging and complex aspects of pesonal finance.

RFP® professionals will demonstrate a firm grasp of financial instruments that include insurance, real-estate management, how business income sources affect the client's personal financial situation and estate planning. They will have to competently integrate all elements into a coherent financial plan that reflects their client's attitude toward risk and investment objectives.

The RFP program runs for eight (8) consecutive saturdays that tackles intensive modules:
Module 1 - Behavioral Financial Planning
Module 2 - Financial Planning Process
Module 3 - Time Value of Money
Module 4 - Investment Planning
Module 5 - Tax Planning
Module 6 - Estate Tax Planning
Module 7 - Insurance Planning
Module 8 - Financial Planning Practice

Insurance Agents, Lawyers, Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, CPAs, Bankers, Securities Officers, Stock Brokers, and professionals licensed in similar fields that have the ability to guide individuals and businesses in financial planning.

Macau Gondola Ride

There’s also the Gondola ride in this Venice Hotel. The ride costs 85 mop / HK$85 per gondola, which includes an hour of ride, and a free opera serenade from the Gondola operator (mostly all of the operators are Kabayans with beautiful voices). And no, we didn't ride the Gondola, its so boring & cheesy. haha! =)

It was my first time to visit Louis Vuitton shop! Just an info, one bag costs BD500 (500 Bahrain Dinars), haha! Convert it to Peso, its P65K.. amazing, isn't it? =)

Loving Bahrain

Its my first ever F1 experienced in Bahrain.

Those are the twin towers of Bahrain. The lower ground are all coffee shops and branded boutiques while the rest of the space there are all offices. You'll be amazed how beautiful and clean Bahrain is!
